Delivery time varies for each product. Some of our products are available in stock from time to time, but since we produce the equipment according to the wishes of our customers, it is always advisable to order your product in good time. In order to provide the customer with the best value for money, we generally do not use agents or resellers, and our equipment is available for reviewing at our site every business day from 08:00 to 16:30.
Not all devices may always be on site.
Of, course. For us, it is very important that the customer trusts us, and therefore we offer the 10-year warranty on all our equipment and 2 years on electronics.
We always want to provide our customers with quick and effective help when a device is broken and especially during the hot beekeeping season. In the event of a device failure, contact us immediately and tell us about the problem. For faster service, we recommend that you bring the device to our production site at Türi-Alliku.
Warranty repairs and other product defects are always remedied free of charge.
Yes, we do. Our partner is the DPD service and we quickly send all our products within Estonia in 1 – 3 working days. The exact shipping cost depends on the size and quantity of the product.
