Our bees harvest in naturally clean forest areas. We are located in Kurgja, one of the most beautiful and beloved places in Pärnu County. Jakobson already appreciated the peace and the cleanliness of the forests in this area. It`s a naturally clean environment, a place for bees flying away from the polluted air of the city`s. So our honey is a forest honey of dark and clean color with a strong honey taste. Forest harvesting can surprise with different senses – mixed with leaf honey and heather flower honey.

CREAMY FOREST HONEY
Natural honey crystallizes quickly. For some honey varieties, the honey crystal may crystallize very hard and this can be inconvenient for the consumer. As a solution, we offer creamy honey, which we achieve by mechanically mixing the honey, which results in honey with soft crystals. Also, all the characteristic`s of the healthy and natural honey are preserved.
